The WORKSENSE (SM) Program

The scope of the WORKSENSESM Temporary Staffing Program includes three primary components:

1. Open-source model for professional staffing. Requests for professional staffing* will be competitively bid to multiple suppliers of the operating company’s selection. Benefits of this open-source model include:

  • Access to the best suppliers by service line and region
  • Increased utilization of diverse suppliers (MWBE)
  • Improved access to the best possible talent
  • Reduced cycle time
  • Reduced cost of labor via rate card management to ensure appropriate match of skills to market rates
  • Reduced administrative burden by using a technology platform to drive efficiencies

2. Primary supplier model for temporary staffing. Clerical, light industrial and entry-level professional positions will flow directly to Kelly Services for the first opportunity to fill the positions. Benefits of this primary supplier model include:

  • Rapid response to changing needs through onsite presence
  • Leveraged volume

3. Temporary staffing on-boarding. Kelly Services will manage temporary staffing on-boarding*. Benefits of the WORKSENSESM Program on-boarding include:

  • An efficient, time-saving, and consistent centralized process
  • Compliance auditing
  • Streamlined first-day, temporary employee procedures to assist hiring managers
  • Temporary employees are ready to work without delays
  • All J&J policies are understood before starting the assignment
